MISSHAPEN jewellery are handmade to order. For this reason we can not provide exact shipping dates. Please allow a 2-3 weeks window for your delivery.
If the item you requested is in stock, We send your order between 2 – 5 open days (after received the payment).
If your package is lost or stolen we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.
DELIVERY TIME
We send your order between 2 and 5 open days (after received the payment) with Lithuanian POST office insured delivery (On condition that the country of destination provides the insurance service). From Lithuania to Lithuania it takes between 2-3 days to receive it, from Lithuania to Europe between 5 – 7 days, from Lithuania – Worldwide 10 – 14 days.
